TIA Campus Allotments
The bonus pay for each designation is referred to as a “funding allotment” by TEA. The payment amount varies across campuses and is determined by a campus’s level of socio-economic need and rural status. The highest bonuses will be given to designated teachers at campuses with high socio-economic need and located in rural areas. These allotments are updated at the end of April each year. Designated teachers will find out this year’s allotments that determine their bonus pay in May.
The average bonus allotments in Alief ISD for each designation level are:
Recognized - $6,989
Exemplary - $13,978
Masters - $25,296

The values shown in the table below are the allotments generated for each TIA-designated teacher based on the campus they are teaching at on the last Friday in February. Allotment values are updated annually in April based on the current school year student demographics and the campus’ rural status.
